Catalog sync

SEO Bison reads your products, collections, and existing blog articles so generated content reflects your real catalog and your established brand voice. Sync runs on demand from the Sync page and stays current automatically as your catalog changes. You can narrow the content scope to specific products or collections so generation stays focused.

Topic suggestions

Suggestions are keyword-targeted topic ideas generated from your catalog and live web research. Each carries a research note and the products it will feature. Generate a set number or one per product, then approve or reject in bulk. Approving a topic queues a draft.

Draft generation

Every draft is produced complete and ready to review:

• Title, meta title and meta description
• Featured image matched from your catalog
• Internal links to relevant products
• FAQ section and Article + FAQ structured data (JSON-LD schema)
• Image ALT text
• A grounding check that verifies factual product claims against your catalog
• An on-page SEO/content score across multiple dimensions

Review & publishing

Drafts wait under Needs Review. Edit in the rich-text editor or approve as-is. Approved posts can be published immediately, scheduled for a specific time, or grouped into a publishing campaign that spaces a batch out — with skip-weekday and blackout-date rules. SEO Bison never publishes anything you haven’t approved.

Autopilot

Autopilot generates ideas, writes drafts, and schedules them on a cadence you set. It publishes only its own drafts and stays within your plan’s monthly limit. Configure the article style, cadence, publish time, and skip rules before enabling; the first run starts on the next scheduled cycle. Use Run now to start a fresh campaign immediately. Turn it off any time.

Billing

Billing runs through the Shopify Billing API, so every charge appears on your Shopify invoice. Each plan is a flat monthly subscription including a monthly allowance of published posts; posts beyond the allowance are billed at your plan’s per-post rate. You’re only billed for posts you publish — discarded drafts are free. Cancel any time from your Shopify admin under Apps. See Terms of Service for details.

Data & privacy

SEO Bison processes only your store and product data — never your customers’ personal information. Data is deleted within 48 hours of uninstall. See our Privacy Policy.
